As stewardship and climate analyst, Rachael's role is broad-ranging and involves helping to shape WHEB's stewardship strategy and initiatives, developing related engagement and voting policies, cultivating stakeholder relationships and building engagement systems.
Her responsibilities also extend to analysing sustainability data, particularly focusing on emission reduction targets, and managing external sustainability reporting.
Within the impact research team, she works closely with Seb Beloe, Head of Research, and supports the broader impact investment team. Rachael joined WHEB in 2020 after completing her master's in environmental technology at Imperial College, London. She also holds the Investment Management Certificate (IMC) and a degree in geography from King’s College London and previously had a career as a business development professional.
